New Eagle™ I started developing this site while taking my first html class. It began as a simple, five page web presence site and quickly grew to a multi-tiered product and services site, including e-commerce and support. The success of New Eagle continues to create new challenges for me as a newbie web developer.
Buffo Solutions I created this site for a local, small business client when they rebranded last year. The site was built in iweb to allow for simple editing.
Sonya's Party + Cakes Created This was my first client site, built for a local, small business while I was still a graphic design student. The main objective for the site was to get bakery products and pricing online to make to make placing phone orders easier for the customer.
Jen Spencer Site I created this site as a final project for my first html class at IUPUI. Although not quite a full-blown portfolio site, the main objective was to create a web presence and offer at least a snapshot of my work.
hatboxJen This is my music and events blog site.
Product Marketing & Technical Documentation My projects at Woodward included development of the MotoTron Control Solutions line Product Guide, the first of its kind for our group. Production required gathering and editing technical specification documents from engineering, tracking item numbers through CMS, implementing a notification system of product revision, pulling parts from shelves for product shots, creating the information architecture, and designing for print and web media. Product Training & Resource Documentation My first project at Woodward was to develop the MotoHawk Resource Guide, a training and reference guide for getting started with electronic control system hardware and software application development. I worked closely with the software engineers for content, gathered and shot all necessary hardware, and designed for print and web media.
Flash Animation for Trade Show Demonstration I created this flash animation for a client trade show demonstration in the luxury marine market. The project objectives were to demonstrate the innovative propulsion system while customers waited to drive the boat; and display real time data of the boat's mechatronic responses to driver action while they drove.
The animations were created in Adobe Flash, coded into the control system with AS2, then loaded onto the hard-drive of an on-dash, touch screen display.
Flash Animation for Trade Demonstration The success of the previous demo led to another animation project where the control system was demonstrated in a gaming style fashion.
Software Application User Interface Design I worked briefly with Microsoft Expressions Design and Blend to carry the company brand into the look and feel of a new software application.
The color scheme and pallette designs were laid out for reference, while the ribbon bar buttons were designed and exported into xaml assets for use in the actual software shell.
